November Single Origin Menu

Starting November 8th, we'll be rolling out the newest additions to Toronto's Single Origin menu. We've partnered up with local Roasters, Morning Roast and Barocco to bring you some brilliant coffees from Ecuador, Honduras and Ethiopa.

Meet the lineup:

Roaster: Morning Roast
Origin: Ecuador 
Description: A light bodied South American coffee with delicious notes of toffee and pecan.
Tasting Notes: Sweet, Balanced, Crisp
Variety: Bourbon, Typica & Caturra
Region: Zumba, Zamora-Chinchipe
Altitude: 1300 - 1900 m
Process: Fully washed, Fair Trade Organic

Roaster: Quantum
Origin: Ethiopia
Description: A medium bodied Yirgacheffe with a delicate acidity; the aroma is packed full of berries & notes of honey.
Tasting Notes: Delicate, Berries, Honey
Variety: Heirloom
Region: Gedeo Zone, Yirgacheffe
Altitude: 2100 m
Process: Honey Natural Process

Roaster: Barocco 
Origin: Honduras
Description: A washed Fair-Trade coffee with sweet acidity, red grape and red cherry like finish.
Tasting Notes: Smooth, Creamy, Fruity
Variety: Mixture of Bourbon, Typica and Caturra
Region: Marcala, La Paz
Altitude: 1600 m
Process: Fully washed, Fair Trade Organic
